The Role 

Reporting to the Senior Technical Advisor and working as part of a small, friendly team, as the Technical Administrator you will be providing technical support internally and externally in line with industry standards in both waterproofing and gas proofing. Full training will be provided, and your duties will include:

    • Assisting with design submissions from the sales team, to ensure correct information is submitted to clients
    • Ensuring all internal documentation is up to date
    • Responding to day-to-day technical enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
    • Producing eBooks and helping manage submission packs for customers
    • Ensuring all details and technical sign-offs are recorded on the CRM system

The Package

    • Starting salary in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 with the level dependent on experience

Although welcome, prior experience is not essential as full training will be provided. However, the following attributes are essential:

    • Either have a technical aptitude and interest in (perhaps through studies or background in the construction industry), or already understand design and construction including the mathematical, scientific, and engineering techniques required to support these processes
    • Excellent IT skills with the ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office
    • Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to liaise with a wide variety of colleagues, and customers
    • High level of attention to detail
