The Role 

As Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a varied workload, including ensuring the smooth processing of orders. You will be the first port of call for customer and general enquiries to our head office, whilst also providing admin support to the wider team. Your duties will include:

    • Processing sales orders, issuing invoices and proof of deliveries; liaising with the Operations department as required
    • Organising deliveries and liaising with delivery providers to resolve necessary matters, whilst keeping customers updated
    • Updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
    • Undertaking project administration, including liaising with remote teams, processing warranty requests and end of project drawings, compiling project folders
    • Communicating changes to price structures to customers


    • Experience gained working in either an administrative or customer service role, specifically with experience resolving customer queries, either in person or via the telephone
    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
    • Good team working skills and a professional approach, with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships
    • Competent in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
    • Self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload as well as meet deadlines
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

The Package

    • Salary in the region of £25,000 to £27,000, higher salary potentially negotiable for a highly experienced candidate
    • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
