DB Group (Holdings) Ltd acknowledges its responsibility to maintaining a sound environmental policy and approach which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001:2015.
We recognise the importance of, no matter how small, the impact of our activities on the environment and that there is a need to constantly consider ways in which we can reduce our impact on the environment. At DB Group (Holdings) Ltd we have been working with Carbon Footprint Ltd, a leading carbon management company, to monitor our footprint.
DB Group has successfully over a number of years managed its level of waste carefully so it has minimal impact on the environment.
Control of waste generation is part of why the organisations carbon footprint reduction has been achieved. Constant reviewing of the processes and procedures implemented by senior management in each of the company’s departments along with the support of their employees has meant that any waste generated is identified and either recycled on-site through the production line or placed into relevant recycle bins ready for our approved waste carriers to take off site and recycle, thus preventing the need for waste to end up at landfill.
