In November 2018 we announced a change of registered name from David Ball Group Limited to DB Group (Holdings) Limited.
The move recognises a change in structure and focus for the company, and unifies the PUDLO, Cemfree, MPS, PME and Specialist Sands businesses under a single master brand, to be referred to as “DB Group” and “DBG”. The abbreviation recognises nearly half a century of heritage whilst signifying an exciting and ambitious future, endorsed by an exceptional Board and highly supportive group of shareholders.
